Rachael is a wonderful personal trainer, easy to get along with, very professional, and able to work intuitively with her clients. I thoroughly enjoyed training with her, and would highly recommend her, whatever your fitness level or fitness goals.
I have been training with Rachael for a few years now and can highly recommend her motivational attitude to fitness, health and wellbeing. Having just moved to Henley I was unsure about where to find a great circuit training class and PT Professional. I was recommended to try Rachael’s sessions and have already really benefited from attending them. Rachael is positive, effervescent and fun. Her classes are dynamic, challenging and stretching. Even though I am not alone in the class, Rachael takes time to help me and each individual participant to push, strive and achieve in reaching their goals. As a PT professional Rachael is attentive, specific and tailors the training specifically to the level you are at.
